Bryan Bailey Receives Penn State Funding for Summer Research

Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, has awarded a summer research fellowship to Bryan Bailey, of Erie. Bailey's study, "The Role of Antibacterial Proteins in Shaping the Bacterial Flora Found on House Wren Eggs", will be supervised by Beth Potter and Margaret Voss.

Penn State Behrend awarded 37 grants and more than $57,000 to student researchers this summer. The college provides nearly $350,000 each year to support undergraduate research by its students.
