Katelyn Marsh Receives Penn State Funding for Spring Research

Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, has awarded Katelyn Marsh, of Emlenton, an undergraduate spring research fellowship. Marsh, a sophomore, will study "Cross-Cultural Figurative Language". The work will be supervised by Dawn Blasko, Victoria Kazmerski and Shariffah Dawood.
Penn State Behrend awarded 58 grants and nearly $59,000 to student researchers this spring. The college provides nearly $350,000 each year to support undergraduate research by its students.
