Kristan Russell Receives Penn State Funding for Undergraduate Summer Research

Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, has awarded Kristan Russell, of Harrisville, an undergraduate summer research fellowship. Russell's study, titled "The Electrophysiological Correlates of Metaphor Processing", will be supervised by Victoria Kazmerski and Dawn Blasko.

Penn State Behrend awarded 39 grants, and more than $69,000, to 62 students this summer. The college provides nearly $350,000 each year to support undergraduate research by its students.
