Patrick St. Andrews Gives Penn State Behrend Commencement Address

Patrick St. Andrews of State College, Pa., was chosen to deliver the welcome address at the spring 2012 commencement ceremony for Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. St. Andrews earned degrees in international business and business economics.

A total of 624 degrees were conferred during the ceremony, which was held May 4 at the Louis J. Tullio Arena in downtown Erie.
