Peter Huizar Receives Penn State Funding for Spring Research

Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, has awarded Peter Huizar, of Erie, an undergraduate spring research fellowship. Huizar, a senior, will study "VIZ: Developing Assessment Tools for Spatial Skills". The work will be supervised by Dawn Blasko, Heather Lum and Nancy Study.

Penn State Behrend awarded 58 grants and nearly $59,000 to student researchers this spring. The college provides nearly $350,000 each year to support undergraduate research by its students.
