Rachel Latsko Named to Dean's List at Penn State Behrend

Rachel Latsko, of New Castle, was named to the Dean's List at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, for the spring 2013 semester. Latsko studied communication.

Students must earn at least a 3.5 grade-point average to be added to the Dean's List.
