Tanya Riston Receives Penn State Funding for Spring Research

Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, has awarded Tanya Riston, of Erie, an undergraduate spring research fellowship. Riston, a senior, will study "Neuronal Dynamics: The Fitzhugh-Naguma Model Under Periodic Forcing". The work will be supervised by Antonio Mastroberardino.

Penn State Behrend awarded 58 grants and nearly $59,000 to student researchers this spring. The college provides nearly $350,000 each year to support undergraduate research by its students.
